Cheese has been made at Estate Kaamps since 1985. Farmer and pride cheese to be precise. The Nijland family still makes special cheeses here today. This is largely done by hand, whereby fresh milk is processed directly into cheese. Farmer and pride cheese is therefore artisanal, honest cheese straight from nature.
